Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know. We will either replace the game, or send any replacement components. In the case of a defective or product that was damaged when it arrived, Binary Cocoa will cover the costs of shipping the replacement components.

In other cases, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make sure you are taken care of. Returns for non-defective products are handled on an individual basis.
