What is this game?

Match Heads is a single player or cooperative set collecting game where you have a bunch of mixed up heads that you need to reassemble. Once you complete all the sets you win!

A screencap of the ‘Africa’ set!

Each head is broken up into four square tiles like the picture below. You can move pieces left, right, up, down or diagonally, but only if they connect to same head. Once you complete a head you get a point for getting a set!

Here’s an example of one of the puzzle heads.

Using points to get unstuck

In a game with this many sets you can find yourself getting into a rut where you have no moves available on the board. In this case you may choose to spend some of your points to move a card wherever you want as long as you have already collected a set of the same kind. One of the competitive aspects of the game is to rack up as many points as possible, so spending points should be done minimally.

Different difficulties and time limits

The main menu!

Match Heads comes with a fancy tutorial and three different difficulty modes. You can choose to solve a deck of 160, 200 or 240 cards. More cards means more chances of getting stuck. There are no time limits when you play a game, but going for a good time and challenging yourself is always fun!

Locked sets

Currently there 3 different themes you can choose from, but we plan on releasing in the future! In fact, there is a hidden one in there at the moment, so see if you can crack the code!
